LEFT WING, INBOARD MAIN FLAP, LOWER SURFACE, 89" FROM OUTBOARD EDGE, 10" DOWN FROM LEADING EDGE, LOWER SKIN IS DENTED AS MARKED. BONDED REPAIR ON L/H WING, I/B MAIN FLAP, LOWER SURFACE, 89" FROM O/B EDGE, 10" DOWN FROM L/E, LOWER SKIN (WS 341). SEE JPF FOR WORK PERFORMED. THIS IS A MAJOR REPAIR.
