DURING INSPECTION OF THE L1 DOOR SLIDE (PN: D30546-509, SN: C1384) FOUND THE BREAKAWAY WIRE ON THE RELEASE CABLE INCORRECT. CMM: 25-61-39 REPLACED THE PACKBOARD RELEASE CABLE SAFETY WIRE WITH MS20995C15 REFERENCE FEA: 6-2560-F0386261 REV A P1 AND CMM 25-61-39. EA: 6-2560-T0386426 CMM: 25-61-39 APPENDIX-1 P-12144 RELACED THE L1 DOOR SLIDE COVER AND SAFETIED THE PACKBOARD ACTIVATION CABLE WITH MS20995C15 WITH VENDOR OVERSIGHT REFERENCING EA 6-2560-T0386426 AND CMM 25-61-39 APPENDIX 1 P-12144.
