DENT ON LOWER SURFACE OF LT OTBD FLAP, LOCATED AT 39.5" FROM INBOARD EDGE AND 2.5" FROM AFT EDGE. LT OTBD FLAP LOWER SURFACE WAS REPAIRED IAW SRM 57-53-01-2R, REPAIR 1, FIG 201, SHEET 6, & SRM 51-70-17-0G, PAR 4A, FIG 10, SHEET 1, REV 94.
