LEFT WING, OTBD T/E FLAP, LOWER SURFACE HAS DENT AT APPROX 63. FROM INBD EDGE AND APPROX 12, FROM TRAILING EDGE. MK16 REPAIRED 2" AREA ON LT WING O/B FLAP TRAILING EDGE WEDGE APPROX WS 601 IAW SRM 57-53-01-2R, FIG 201, SH 6, REPAIR 3, & SRM 51-70-07-0G, PAR 5.A. MAJOR REPAIR.
