FOUND DURING PREFLIGHT, EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT DOES NOT TEST AT ENTRY WAY DOOR. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT ASSEMBLY. PERFORMED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER B-727-224 AMM. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
