NO FLIGHT; DURING INSPECTION A SMALL CRACK WAS FOUND ON THE L1 DOOR UPPER AFT BEARING WHICH CAUSED THE DOOR FRAME TO CRACK. REMOVED AND REPLACED L1 DOOR. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (K)
