DURING CRUISE, AT FL370, THE NR 1 ENGINE FLAMED OUT. THE FLIGHT CREW PERFORMED THE ENGINE FAILURE CHECKLIST AND DESCENDED TO FL 310. THE ENGINE WAS RESTARTED AND THE FLIGHT CONTINUED WITHOUT INCIDENT. (K)
