AFTER DEPARTING TOL, CARGO DOOR ANNUNCIATOR FLICKERED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO TOL AND MADE AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING. CLEANED DIRT AND DEBRIS FROM (FORWARD BELLY) CARGO DOOR SEAL AND SWITCH. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
