FO'S EMERGENCY LIGHTS INOP. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FIRST OFFICERS INSTRUMENT LIGHT BY REMOVING THE LAMP AND THEN PRESSING INOT THE SOCKET AND TURNING UNTIL SEATED. OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE LIGHT WAS GOOD.
