PILOT REPORTED THAT THE FWD DOOR SNUBBER WAS INOPERATIVE. MX FOUND THE COUNTER BALANCE CABLE BROKEN, DISCONNECTED & REMOVED BOTH ENDS. INSTALLED NEW CABLE ASSEMBLY. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
