PILOTS NOTED THAT THE FO'S SIDE PANEL IS HOT TO THE TOUCH AND SMELLS LIKE BURNING WIRES. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE FEEDER PROTECTION RELAY TO BE BURNED AND BROKEN. R & R THE FEEDER PROTECTION RELAY IAW MM 24-52-00.
