WHILE PERFORMING T/O INSPECTION ON DECEMBER 15, 1995, MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL NOTICED EMERGENCY FLASHLIGHT INDICATOR LIGHT BLINKING SLOWLY. MX REMOVED AND REPLACED BATTERY POWER SUPPLY WITH SERVICEABLE PART. FLASHLIGHT INDICATOR LIGHT BLINKS NORMALLY. (M)
