What was found
AT ENV, MAINTENANCE DISCOVERED THAT THE EMERGENCY FLOOR TRACK LIGHT LENS (RED) WAS MISSING. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LENS AND PEFORMED AN OPERATIONAL CHECK OF THE EMERGENCY FLOOR TRACK SYSTEM. NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
