DECONTAMINATION OF PACK 1 IAW AMM 21-00-00. OPS TEST GOOD. NO CONTAMINATION FOUND. THIS CLEARS DMI 2849857-1. PLACARD REMOVED. DMI LOG UPDATED. MOC NOTIFIED.
