AFTER TAKEOFF LT LANDING GEAR (A) AND (B) DISAGREEMENT LIGHTS WOULD NOT EXTINGUISH UPON RETRACTION, A GRINDING SOUND COULD BE HEARD IN THE FLIGHT DECK. RETURNED TO DEPARTURE. LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. ADJUSTED THE LT MAIN LANDING GEAR UPLOCK PROXIMITY SENSORS OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL.
