PILOT REPORTED ELEVATOR TRIM VIBRATES TOWARDS A NOSE UP ATTITUDE AFTER BEING TRIMMED TO LEVEL FLIGHT ATTITUDE. REPLACED LT ELEVATOR TRIM DRUM AND CABLE, AND RT ELEVATOR TRIM TAB ELECTRIC TRIM SERVO MOTOR AND ACTUATOR.
