PILOT REPORTED, COULD NOT LOWER GEAR ELECTRICALLY, PILOT PERFORMED EMERGENCY EXTENSION SUCESSIVELY. UPON INSPECTION OF LANDING GEAR FOUND MOTOR INOPERATIVE. BRUSHES WERE COMPLETELY WORN OUT, REPLACED MOTOR.
