CONTINUITY CHECK SLATS SENSOR, NO DEFECTS NOTED, CHECK SLAT HANDLE SWITCH, NO DEFECTS NOTED, CHECKED SLAT PROXIMITY SWITCHES, NO DEFECTS NOTED. UNABLE TO DUPLICATE ON GROUND. REMOVED AND REPLACED PROXIMITY BOX (PRECAUTIONARY). OPS CHECK OK FOR SERVICE. (X)
