ATO - ON TAKEOFF ROLL, FIRST OFFICERS AIRSPEED INDICATOR INDICATED 0 AIRSPEED, ABORTED TAKEOFF. REMOVED AND REPLACED CADC, OPS AND LEAK CHECK GOOD. SECOND BLOCK TURNBACK DUE TO NO AIRSPEED INDICATION. FOUND DEBRIS IN FIRST OFFICERS PITOT TUBE. (M)
