AFTER TAKEOFF TO 3000 FT, HAD AN ELECTRICAL BURNING ODOR, EVENTUALLY WENT AWAY. FOUND THE NR 1 ADIRU FAN FROZEN AND BURNED. REPLACED THE FAN IAW AMM 34-43-05. OPS CHECKED OK.
