DME INDICATOR WILL NOT COME UP ON LINE. PERFORMED PRELIMINARY INSPECTION. FOUND FRONT PLATE AND COVER HAD STRIPPED SCREW HOLES. REPLACED FRONT PLATE AND COVER. BEGAN BENCH CHECK AND FOUND UNIT DOES NOT TURN OFF.
