GENERATOR FAILED IN FLIGHT. AFTER SHUTDOWN NOTED LOUD GRINDING NOISE COMING FROM THE STARTER WHEN UNIT WAS MOTORED. REPLACED STARTER GENERATOR. TO BE SENT TO VENDOR FOR REPAIR.
