What was found
NOTED WHINGING NOISE IN RADIO PRIOR TO GENERATOR GOING OFF LINE. CHECKED CIRCUIT BREAKERS AND THEY WERE NOT TRIPPED. RESET GENERATOR, AND LOAD METER SPIKED TO HIGH END OF GAUGE AND GENERATOR DROPPED OFF LINE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE OVERVOLTAGE RELAY.
