HUM ON LINE AND AUDIO CUTS OUT WHEN POWER SUPPLY IS DECREASED BELOW +280. FOUND THE INPUT AND OUTPUT OF U2 WAS WIRED WRONG. REWIRED U2 CORRECTLY AND UNIT MEETS MANUFACTURERS SPECS. REPAIRED.
