TOWER REPORTED TRANSPONDER TO BE WORKING INTERMITTENTLY. FOUND LOW POWER OUT. TRIED ADJUSTING. NO HELP. REPLACED CAVITY OSCILLATOR V101. REPAIRED. ADJUSTED FREQUENCY AND PULSE WIDTH. CLEANED WAFER SWITCHES. COOKED UNIT UNDER HEAT LAMP , VIBRATED AND PUT IN FREEZER. BENCH CHECK GOOD.
