TRANSPONDER WILL NOT REPORT. CHECKED VOLTAGE, SWAPPED HALVES OF UNIT WITH A GOOD UNIT. VERIFIED PROBLEM ON LOCAL OSCILLATOR HALF OF UNIT. REPLACED V101 AND DID NOT HELP. SWAPPED MIXER DIODE. ALSO NO HELP.
