What was found
AFTER TAKEOFF THE ELEVATOR WAS SLOW TO MOVE. PITCH WAS VERY SLOW AS WELL. THE CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO LGA. THE FLIGHT LANDED AND TAXIED WITHOUT INCIDENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED ELEVATOR SERVO, EVALUATION FLIGHT CHECK SATISFACTORY.
