THE CREW REPORTED NUMBER 2 ENGINE ROTATES AND SMOKE COMING FROM THE STARTER GENERATOR WHEN GROUND POWER IS APPLIED TO THE AIRCRAFT. THE NUMBER 2 STARTER GENERATOR AND START CONTACTOR WERE REMOVED AND REPLACED.
