LEFT OTBD TAIL DEICE BOOT WOULD NOT INFLATE IN FAST, LOW, AUTO OR MANUAL MODES. FOUND THE DE-ICE BOOT DISTRIBUTOR ASSOCIATED WITH THE LT OTBD HORIZONTAL TAIL BOOT CONNECTOR PLUG NOT SEATED. SEATED THE CONNECTOR. OPS CHECKED SEVERAL TIMES. OKAY FOR SERVICE.
