BLEED 2 LEAK ON DEPARTURE. FOUND BLOWN COUPLING COMING OFF OF PACK NR 2 DUAL TEMP CONTROL VALVE. R & R COUPLING IAW AMM 21-60-01. PERFORMED BLEED AIR SYSTEM OPS CHECK IAW AMM 36-00-00, NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME, AIRCRAFT OK FOR SERVICE.
