ON TAKE OFF ROLL 75 KNOTS, NR 1 ENGINE FUEL LOW TEMP. PERFORMED CONTINUITY & RESISTANCE TESTS ON ENGINE HARNESS W9 IAW RMM 73-31-00-900-801. NO DEFECETS NOTED. SUSPECT TRANSITORY CONDITION DUE TO EXTREME COLD CONDITIONS. PERFORMED MULTIPLE POWER RUNS WITH CREW, COULD NOT DUPLICATE. OPS CHECKED GOOD.
