AFTER LANDING DURING APU START, JET FUEL SMELL IN FLT DECK AND IN CABIN FOR APPROX 20 SECONDS. APU AUXILIARY POWER UNIT FACT 25FEB26 04:09 PHL OPERATED APU AND ENGINES. NO JET FUEL SMELL PRESENT IN FLIGHT DECK AND CABIN IRT AMM 71-00-01. A/C OK FOR SERVICE AT THIS TIME. CLEAR MEL 49-1.
