STRONG FUEL ODOR IN CABIN AND FLIGHT DECK. FOUND FUEL LEAKING AT FWD FUEL TANK BULKHEAD IN CABIN APPROX STRINGER 17R. R & R SEALANT TO AFFECTED AREA INSIDE FUEL TANK IN REF TO SRM 51-20-01. LEAK CHECK GOOD, NO FURTHER DEFECTS OR SMELLS NOTED AT THIS TIME ACFT OK FOR SERVICE.
