TROUBLESHOT BLEED NR 2 LEAK IN FLIGHT AT 6K FT. INSP PK 2 DUCTS IAW AMM 21-51-14, FND SLEEVE ON PK 2 TORN. RAN ACFT AT T/O POWER WITH CREW WITH BLDS 1 AND 2 RUNNING & PACKS 1 AND 2 RUNNING, BLEED MESSAGE CAME ON. TURNED OFF PACK 2 OFF MESSAGE EXTINGUISHED AFTER 3- 5 MINS. MEL ISSUED SEE SAME L/P SEQ 1. OK FOR SERVICE.
