FLT 3474 - HPN-PHL - THE CABIN DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN FROM INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. WHEN DOOR DID OPEN, IT FELL FREELY TO THE OPEN POSITION. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE AIRSTAIR DOOR STRUTS. (M)
