PILOT REPORTED ELEVATOR FLUTTER FROM RIGHT SIDE, SUSPECT TRIM TAB. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND THE ELEVATOR TRIM ACTUATOR WITH PLAY. THE ACTUATOR WAS REPLACED WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
