PILOT REPORTED RIGHT ENGINE HIGH EGT DURING CRUISE FLIGHT. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED AND FOUND THE NR 4 EXHAUST VALVE CHIPPED NEAR VALVE SEAT. THE CYLINDER WAS REPLACED WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
