AIRCRAFT ARRIVED WITH R ENG SEC CONT STATUS MSG DISPLAY ON THE LOWER EICAS. DURING INTERROGATION OF THE EPCS MAINTENANCE PAGE, ALL THE SECONDARY CHANNEL PARAMETERS WERE MISSING FROM THE RIGHT ENG. THE EEC WAS REPLACED AND CONFIRMED OPERATIONAL PER THE APPLICABLE AMM.
