FIRST OFFICERS #2 WINDOW SCRATCHED TO THE POINT THAT VISIBILITY IS COMPROMISED OUT THAT WINDOW. VERIFIED PROPER INSTALLATION AND TORQUE OF ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS AS REQUIRED. INSPECTION PERFORMED BY RII CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN IAW GMM 04-02.
