EVALUATED TEE FITTING BETWEEN STA 1180-1240 AT RBL 57.5 AND FOUND TO BE EXFLOIATED WITH 100% MATERIAL LOSS AND IS THEREFORE OUT OF LIMITS PER SRM 53-00-71-1A-1. INSTALLED 1 TEE FITTING+ 5 GAP PANELS IAW SRM 51-10-42.
