FOUND THE MAIN DECK CARGO RESTRAINT FLOOR ADAPTER FITTING WITH CRACK DAMAGE AT BS 676, RBL 47.5, FLOOR PANEL 232LFF. INSTALLED FLOOR PANEL 232LFF IAW AMM 53-01-06-400-801, REV 147. REPLACE FLOOR ADAPTER FITTING I.A.W AMM 20-11-00-910-802 REV.147 AND TORQUE BOLT TO 85 IN-LB.
