TWO CRACKS FOUND AT LT RIB 26 CENTER WING FLAP TOP SKIN AND RIB FLANGES BETWEEN THE TRACKS. PERFORMED CUTOUT OF CRACKED FLANGE ON RIB 26 STR 2.2 - 2.3 IAW SRM 57-50-00. INSTALLED REPAIR DOUBLER AT RIB 26 TO RIB 27 STR 2.1 TO STR 2.3 IAW SRM 51-40-21.
