LEFT HORIZONAL STAB BETWEEN ELEVATOR AND HORIZONTAL REAR SPAR AT THE OTBD TIP BRACKET THAT ATTACH BONDING WIRE ARE EXFOLIATED. REMOVED CORRODED BRACKET IAW SRM 51-40-02. INSTALLED NEW BRACKED ON LEFT HORIZONAL STABILIZER BETWEEN ELEVATOR & HORIZONTAL REAR SPAR IAW SRM 51-40-02.
