AFTER LEVEL OFF ENG 3 FUEL INDICATED 2,000LBS LESS THAN ENG 2. WE BALANCED THE FUEL MANUALLY BUT HAD TO CONTINUE TO BALANCE THE FUEL THE ENTIRE FLIGHT. SUSPECT ENG 3 PUMPS ARE STRONGER THAN ENG 2 PUMPS DEFERRED IAW EO-97441.
