MAJOR REPAIR, THE RT SIDE, BOTTOM FWD FASTENER HOLE BETWEEN FR13A & 14, IS IN AN OUT OF ROUND CONDITION AND IS GOUGED AROUND THE FASTENER HOLE ON THE BEAM FACE. ACCOMPLISHED THE REPAIR IAW EO-97712-REQ1 AND EA 300-5312-27-A4495, REV-, & GMM 04.02.
