DURING PREFLIGHT, CREW NOTICED THAT ALL EMERGENCY LIGHTS WERE INOPERATIVE. GROUND MX CREW R & R ALL THE EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERIES. AN OPERATIONAL CHECK PRODUCED SATISFACTORY RESULTS AND THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
