DURING PREFLIGHT CREW NOTICED THE SECOND CEILING EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS INOPERATIVE. R & R THE LIGHT BULB AN PERFORMED AN OPS CHECK WHICH PRODUCED A SATISFACTORY RESULT. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
