STRONG BURNING ELECTRICAL/RUBBER/PLASTIC SMELL DURING CLIMB STARTING IN FLIGHT DECK. OCF REQUESTED. FOUND A PACK 1 WITH A SLIGHT MEK ODOR. FOUND LH RECIRC MUFFLER BLOWN. REMOVED AND REPLACED BLOWN LH RECIRC MUFFLER. OPS/LEAK CHECK SAT. NO SMELL NOTED.
