LEFT (PILOT) WINDSHIELD SHATTERED DURING CLIMB-OUT AFTER TAKEOFF. REMOVED AND REPLACED WINDSHIELD IAW MM 56-10-00 AND KIT 101-5043-1. ALL CHECKS WERE GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
