RED LEFT GEAR LIGHT STAYED ON WITH GEAR LEVER IN THE UP POSITION IN FLIGHT, RED AND GREEN LIGHT BOTH ON WITH GEAR LEVER IN THE OFF POSITION IN FLIGHT. LEFT GEAR SHOWS DOWN WHEN GEAR LEVER PUT IN DOWN POSITION REF LOG PAGE 737-004-5748. REMOVE AND REPLACED THE MAIN LANDING GEAR ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY IAW B737-400 AMM 32-32-11-004-018 AND AMM 32-32-11-404-017 AND OPERATION TEST SATISFACTORY
